FAQ’S
I’m new to Reformer Pilates. Which class should I book?
Our classes are not designed on a rigid skills based structure. Base and Elevate are perfect for beginners or anyone refining their practice.
Which class is the most challenging?
That would be Dominate. Expect high energy, full body movement.
How is your studio different?
We’re more than just a workout - we’re a club and a community. A social space where you can train and connect. We focus on functional movement inspired by the Pilates fundamentals and our Café fuels your pre/post class ritual.
How long are the classes?
All sessions are 50 minutes.
What should I bring?
Grip socks are required for all sessions. Wear comfortable, fitted activewear and have something to keep you hydrated. We stock socks and drinks in our café should you wish to purchase.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We get it, plans change. Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and you’ll get your credit back. Late cancellations forfeit the credit.
I have an injury - Can I still take a class?
We recommend speaking to your instructor before class and they can make any modifications.
Do I need to be a member to visit your café?
Not at all! Our Café is open to everyone.
What are the membership options?
We have three tier memberships - Club, Core & Connect.
How do the memberships work?
These are rolling monthly memberships with a minimum 3-month term. They are billed monthly and are the most cost effective, with member perks. After 3 months you can cancel your subscription - we require 1 months notice.
How do class passes work?
Class passes give you flexibility and are activated on your first booked class. They are valid for 8 weeks.
How many people in a class?
We have 9 reformer machines available per class.
