BASE

Our beginner-to-intermediate class is perfect for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or seeking a solid workout base. This full-body class emphasises core, thighs, glutes, chest and back, helping you build strength and confidence. It’s our classic and the most beginner-friendly format in our schedule, providing thoughtful guidance on technique and posture to ensure you’re working effectively.

ELEVATE

As our signature class, elevate bridges the gap between foundational practice and advanced training. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that enhance coordination, flexibility, and stamina. This class deepens your understanding of Pilates technique while refining posture, balance, and full-body strength. Perfect for those ready to take their practice to the next level.

DOMINATE

A high-intensity session designed for experienced practitioners looking to push their limits. Dominate challenges every muscle group through complex sequences that demand strength, endurance, and precision. This class is designed to deliver powerful, performance-driven results while staying rooted in Pilates fundamentals.
*Not suitable for beginners. We recommend completing at least ten sessions at the foundational levels before joining.

REFORMER BARRE FUSION

A dynamic blend of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength work, this class is designed to refine control, alignment, and endurance. Using the barre for support, you'll engage smaller muscle groups through precise, low-impact movements, promoting stability, mobility, and strength. Open to all levels, this class brings fluidity and control together for a well-balanced, full-body workout.

JUMPBOARD ELEVATE

A high-energy, low-impact class designed to elevate your heart rate and bring a new dimension to your Pilates practice. Using the jump board attachment, this session incorporates controlled plyometric movements that enhance coordination, agility, and endurance—all while maintaining joint-friendly support. Expect a fun, dynamic workout that challenges both strength and stamina.

GENTLE CORE + PRE-NATAL

Supportive movement for every stage. 
This class is designed to support the changing needs of the pre-natal body while offering a safe, effective and empowering space for anyone seeking gentle movement, pelvic floor awareness and core connection. 
Ideal for expectant mothers, those easing back into movement or anyone looking to build deep core strength without intensity. This session focuses on breath-led pilates, mindful alignment and mobility work tailored to your body. 
Whether you're in your first trimester or simply seeking a slower more supportive practice, you'll be guided through stabilising sequences that build strength from within. *Recommended for expectant mothers from the second trimester (12 weeks onward), pending medical clearance and individual fitness levels. You must obtain physician approval before beginning the program.
